Home Fitness Training

Sport has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember. Fitness training has been my passion no matter what changes in life there have been; I’ve always loved sport and exercise whether it’s doing it, watching it, talking about it or coaching it.
Because of my passion for training, it was never in question that I would do anything other than study Sport Science and after graduating from University with a BSC degree, I specialised to become a fully qualified and insured Personal Fitness Trainer. Over the years, I’ve invested in developing my skills and knowledge to give my clients the very best service and I pride myself in having clients who have been with me for 20 years. As well as the odd celebrity client, I’ve been featured in Men’s Health, OK, Woman and Home magazines. Here I am, 25 years later and I love it as much as I did when I qualified.
At Mark Woodcock – Home Fitness Training I’ll come to wherever you want to train, whenever you want to train. I work around my client’s schedule and will come any time between 5:30am- 9pm so that you can workout in-between working and home-life. It doesn’t matter where we train as long as you’re comfortable. I’ll come to your home, office, local gym or park. You don’t need to think about anything other than turning up- I’ll bring all the equipment we need for your session. And don’t worry – I work with clients of all levels across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. I will work with you to make sure you get the very best out of your programme and most importantly, you get the results.
